claro que la aplicación de la Ley 29944 de Reforma Magisterial es una Ley de

2012 su efecto es de aplicación inmediata y todos los maestros (Ley del

laboral de la Ley 29944 de Reforma Magisterial eliminando muchos derechos y
beneficios de los maestros y uno de ellos, el principal la Estabilidad Laboral.
Por eso los abogados
concluyen manifestando que al despojarse de los elementales derechos de los
maestros con una Ley impuesta en medio de un rechazo generalizado y en uso de
las atribuciones que todo maestro tiene al ver vulnerado sus derechos de
interponer las Demandas de Amparo y las Demanda de Inconstitucionalidad para
esto se debe tener en cuenta que el plazo legal vence el 30 de Enero ya que el
el 01 de Febrero el poder judicial entra de vacaciones.

408 decepcionará los documentos hasta el 25 de Enero con la atención de 9 AM a
5.00 PM.
